Bullying!!
Their are very few things in this world that i hate more than bullying. Having myself been on the receiving hand of it on many occasion during my youth. It made my childhood a living hell one more than one occasion after all what worst than having five or six kids kicking the %?65 out of you when your 14 year old. I went through that ordeal called childhood with great difficulty and I became a pretty mean kid by the age of 16. I almost became I bully myself, but destiny had other plan because at that time my mother attempted her third suicide attempt and ashamed of her action she made us move to Granby. For me it was an occasion to start anew. I can't say that I made many friend in my first year in that new city but at least the other kids left me alone and i did the same. But I can't help but wonder if I had stayed there would I have become what I despised the most and started picking on weaker kids? I am glad I will never have to find out.
Looking at the story of Jamie Hubley I can't help but to have mixed feeling. Part of me thinks of him has a weakling and a coward who was to afraid to face life and gave up instead to keep going. But I have a very narrow minded view about suicide having lost my mother that way. I believe that he should have been stronger and fight to be who he really was instead of taking the easy way out. people should fight to earn their own happiness regardless of how hard it is or how young they hard. But on the other and where were the adult!? It should be every one main priorities to protect the younger generation. They are or future and lets face it bully's rarely and with a PHD in modern science. it should be the main purpose of the adult working in schools the find out and prevent that kind of behaviour. The kids have to be tougher but they should not be going trough this alone!
Justice to hard on the young?
Should our justice system be harder on our younger generation? No, I don't think so. In my opinion a criminal is a criminal regardless of his gender or age. People should pay for their mistake period.
It is true that giving adult condemnation to young criminal might be a little excessive, but has to be consequence for people action regardless of how old they are. I believe that the criminal sentence for young criminal are not hard enough. They should get more than just a slap on the wrist a criminal sentence is suppose to teach you not to do it again. Having grown up around former and future criminal. I know how laughable the think the sentence on young people really are. after all they end up with a clean slate has soon has they turn 18, so why the worry's right?
No, I think that the fact that there is or not an increase in the number of crime committed by young has noting to do with the question about if should es or not increase the severity of the sentence given to such criminal. I think that I should be about scaring them out of doing it and teaching those that did not to do it ever again.
Yes it is true that some of them may come out with better criminal connection or just become more incline to do it but this is also the case for their adult counterpart and we don't see them getting lighter sentences are we? If we want to prevent young crime we have to start at the root witch mean to educate the younger generations that their are alternative to crime especially if we know for a fact that they come from a broken home or some other place unfit for a child.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that they should be harsher treatment for young criminal but in my opinion the real solution would be to help the children that have more chance to end up as criminal before it is to late for them.

3 Questions
Why is there a lack of participation? In my opinion the lack of participation has more to do about the fact that contrary to the previous générations ours does not care much to get involved in that kind of activities. The young men and women of that generation care more about entertainment than helping other people out.
Which is better? Volunteering or service learning? I would personally think that people volunteering by themselves would be better then making them to do it with service learning. But since our generation is quite lazy and must of us have a hard time doing our own dishes helping other people out seems sadly out of the question. So taking that into account, i would say that service learning might just be wath our generations needs to make it realise of gratifying helping other people out might be.
What is the best way to encourage people to get involved? Sadly, I think there is no miracle solution to motivate people to get involved. People who have easy do not want to heard about other people misfortune most of the time and those who have it hard concentrate much more on making their life happier before even thinking about helping other, and who can blame them? Helping other is a decision that must be taken by the individual not imposed on him. If you force someone to do public services, you migh just make it a bad experience for that person witch in return will never want to do it again. In the other hand the same person may also find it to be a rewarding experience and decide to make it a habit. This will change form person to person and that why they are not miracle solution for that problem.

Tuition Problem
After reading the tow articles about the raise in student tuition I must admit myself worried. But it is not the rise in tuition that worries me. What I am worried about is the possibilities of the student going on strike. If the student do go on strike it will interfere with my studies progress making slowing me down and making the cost of the loan I own grow bigger.
If I am not mistaken, here in Quebec the gouvernment pays more than 80% of our school inscription cost for us so even if they do rise the price we will end up paying only around 20% percent of it. Wich is not as bad as some of us would think. Even so, I must admit that I am wondering if I will be able to keep studying living only from the money given to me by our government. Will they also rise the amount of money they loan to student like me? In witch case even if I end up having more dept this is a sacrifice I am wiling to make.
One of the main reason people are complaining is another case of people being given a feet but ask for a meter instead. After all, even if they are still other province or state who have less expansive tuition the great majorities of them are gving far less or not at all for example in the united states most student who manage to make it to university have to either come from a rich families or manage to get a scholarship. So in my umbel opinion our student should just take example from those who are given less than us instead of complaining about the fact that some other are have more than us.

Hopes ans dreams
kids have the funniest ambition we it come to what they want to be growing up. I was no different. But those dreams are always short lived. As we grows up we realize that those are just that dream, so at one point we have to begin to consider our real option.
At first I wanted to write comic novel. I tried my hand at drawing many time but i lost taste when i saw how other were far better then me. The only thing I got out of it is that it marked the beginning of my passion for reading. Most of the good comic novel being in English I also ended up bettering my mastery of the thong.
Drawing comics book being out of the picture i turned myself to another of my passion, reptiles. For as long as I can remember we always had one kind of lizard or the other at home. But that when I got my first iguana, Maggy, that I decided I wanted to raise them for a living. That hope kept on for a while until my early adulthood. But that dream to ended when Maggy died laying her first batch of egg. I could not bare to try with another iguana after her death.
I was left without ambition afterwards. I went trough my high school without knowing nor caring I would do later in life. All I really wanted was to leave my stepfather home. Then I was force to leave high school to get a job. I was contempt to get by during that period. Then many thing happened good thing and mostly bad thing. Then I went by to school to finish my secondary five and i managed to do it with impressive result. But I still wasn't sure want i wanted to do with my life. Then another event made me go to the cegep That where I found something that really made me happy, literature, and that's with the purpose of working in the domain that I'm continuing my studies.
In conclusion, what I meant to say all along is that for me my carer choice was influenced by the event of my life. If thing had been different I might have aimed for a more lucrative job, but the fact is that the only thing i desire in a line of work is that it makes me happy. Even if the odds are that I won't find any work my goal is set and I am taking this road without looking back.

Ok, immigration, that going to be an hard one. Should we help those who come in our country from other one or leave that duty to our gouvernment? I think that we both have our part to do to help them adapt. The gouvernement is to one who has the most to gain by increasing is population and thus should put more effort in helping them. For our dutie, helping them is a morale decision more than anything else. But what we do not realise is that they can help us as much as we can help them. I remember for one when I came to Granby from my little town of St-Pie. This where I shaw my first african american, my first asian and all the other. At first i looked at them as if they where aliens from another world, and as far has I knew they where. Looking back at that time I cannot help but smile at how i was short minded. I could have learned so much from them back then, becose learning other view on thing is one of the best way to develop ourselves on the culural and intelectual level. Just look at history. The roman, for all their goods and their wrongs, became one of the greathest civilisation the world has ever know by assimiliting other culture and learning from them. They knew that they did'int had all the answers and so they expanded their horizon to new idea by taking the best from every one they meet. We could to learn from the peapol that come into our country. We think that we are the ones who should teach them but why can't we learn from each other? Helping them is not an obligation it is an oppotunitie for both side to grow as hummans being. Our world is a big place with many things and many peapols and we have much to learn from them.

Poverty as it was the case with the Greek civilisation is more often then not to cause of an unbalance betwen the wealth and power of his diffrent social classes. Meaning that when the wealthy have to much influence and power they make sure to stay that way witch cause the peapol with lower income to suffer de for them. For exemple when a country has to many deps like the United States must raise its taxes to compensate the common classes always end up being the one paying the most while the richer citisens are protected by the laws they mades sure where voted for. In my point of view the best remedy for poverty would be to make sure that the laws made to makes sure that every citizens is treaten envenly would actually be respected and not filled with lophole that help the richs get richer. Such a harsh change would probably unpset temporalie the balance of power and provoke many companie to leave our country but in the long run we would be rewarded with a prize many have fighted for before us.... equality.

The community
Being part of a community is different from citizenship. Entering or leaving a community is mort of the time an indivudal choice. You etheir join or are born into a community, and the choice of leaving the community is always your.... Even if it can prove to be complicated with some of them for exemple some religious communitys. Each community come with its own set of rules and principel but most of the time folowing those rules is not a legal obligation but a moral decision.
What is the meaning of citizenship?
Being a citizen is being part of a nation. Citizenship is aquire by birth or after living a set number of years in the same country and it comes with a number of rights and responsabilies. first, a citizen has the rights of: equality, mobility, freedom of thought, freedom of speech, freedom of religion and to participate and vote to elections. But being a citizen also comes with some responsailitie for exemple a citizen is obligated to come to the rescue of another citizen who's life is in danger as long as his own life is not threatened. He also has a oral obligation to vote in any election. And obviously, a citizen must respect the laws of the country he lives in and protect the country heritage and environment.
